Team access and privacy
Administrators manage members in Settings → Team members and review permissions in Roles and permissions.
Grant access deliberately
Choose the correct person, workspace, access mode and areas. Give Can edit when the person should change business records. Add administrator rights when they should manage members and workspace settings. Review all selected areas before saving.
Full workspace access means all available areas plus the chosen edit and administration rights. It does not override private ownership rules or grant access to another club.
Invitations
Create an invitation for the intended email address with explicit permissions. Email delivery must be configured to send it automatically. Otherwise, the administrator can obtain a private invitation link and share it through an approved channel.
The recipient accepts with their own account. Never reuse a colleague’s password or account as a substitute for membership.
Signing in with an email code
Creating your first account
When the entry page offers Create an account, verify your email in the same browser, then choose your name and password. Creating an account does not grant workspace access. If you have no workspace, submit your club application and return to check its review status. Once approved, create your workspace and open club setup. If you already belong to a workspace, sign-in opens it; choose one explicitly if you have several and no current selection.
If an administrator has invited you to an existing workspace, use that invitation instead of applying to create a new club.
Returning to an existing account
If your sign-in page offers Email me a code, enter the email address already associated with your workspace. Keep that browser open, check your inbox and enter the six-digit code within five minutes. Use the most recent code; requesting another invalidates the previous one.
A sign-in code restores your existing account and permissions. It does not grant access to another club. A code requested through account creation verifies your email before creating the account; new staff memberships still require accepting an administrator's invitation.
If no code arrives, check spam and the spelling of your email address. Wait at least a minute before requesting another. Repeated requests or incorrect guesses require a longer wait. Use a password instead remains available during the rollout. Never share a sign-in code with anyone.
Managing your sessions
Open Settings → Profile → Sessions in this workspace to see your active sessions. Choose Sign out session for one other session, or Sign out other sessions to end all the others in this workspace. Your current session stays open. To end it, use Sign out in the workspace menu.
Signing out other sessions also invalidates unused email codes for your account. If the result could not be confirmed, choose Retry unchanged. Sessions started before this feature was introduced may not show a start date.
Changing or removing access
Save your changes. If another administrator has edited the member, reload and compare their changes before saving again. Removing a member ends their access to this club while retaining their account and historical records.
Keep at least one administrator. If a member cannot see a record after receiving an area permission, check whether that record is private to another owner.
Connected-account visibility
Inbox sharing grants visibility to the account's authorised conversations; it does not transfer the credential or make private staff drafts shared. Area access, account sharing and permission to execute an action remain independent. If access is removed and later granted again, review any pending action afresh.
