Report a useful issue

Include the time and timezone, workspace, page, steps taken, expected result and the visible error. State whether the action may have sent a message. Avoid attaching credentials, authentication URLs, private message bodies or financial records to a general issue report.

If the page is unresponsive, preserve your draft before reloading. If the problem follows an external action, check its outcome before submitting again.

A budget pause is not a retry instruction

The daily run limit and lifetime spending allowance are different. An allowance can also be reserved by unfinished attempts. An administrator must inspect those attempts and reconcile their outcomes; a restart does not safely reset spending history.

A shared inbox is missing

For a missing shared inbox, check workspace membership, Inbox area access and the account's visibility/exclusion list. For a private Operator read, also check Operator access and the enabled tool capability. Reconnection should not be the first response to a sharing problem.
